Some days you eat healthy, and some days you do not. Today’s lunch falls under not! (At least breakfast was peanut butter banana oatmeal and a smoothie.) Lunch was raspberry peach pie and Pioneer Woman’s broccoli cheese soup. I followed the recipe almost completely, so I won’t recount it here. I did use 4 cups whole milk and 2 cups skim rather than whole and half and half. I used 4 cups of Colby jack cheese for my cheese. Enjoy!
